After the success of its precedents, THE HEIGHT RESIDENCE III is finally launched.  The project comprises of a total 81 units of double storey residences houses (14 semi-detached houses and 67 terrace houses) that is developed in 2 phases.  The semi-detached and terrace corner houses come with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms whereas terrace intermediate houses come with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

 

While retaining the principle from its precedents; THE HEIGHT RESIDENCE III also enhances its purchasers’ value by offering 24 months warranty to its purchasers on the houses’ roof. 

 

THE HEIGHT RESIDENCE III becomes GSDEVP’s 1st project to be certified and endorsed via CIDB’s QLASSIC assessment of workmanship quality of a building construction work based on Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7:2006).  With the strict and objective QLASSIC assessment being in place, this safeguards the quality of workmanship, ensuring THE HEIGHT RESIDENCE III’s consumers own their dream house on top of Lopeng.
