SENADIN GATEWAY, GSDEVP’s first mixed development project.  Situated at Senadin, the whole project consists of 104 commercial shophouses and 1 hyper mall.  SENADIN GATEWAY Phase 1 comprises of 64 units of 3 and 4 storey commercial shophouses.  Its neighborhood community concept ensures that SENADIN GATEWAY becomes a fine piece of puzzle to fill up the blueprint in this area development.  Phase 1 is completed in 2016.
