2019 SHEDA CSR Leadership Awards
Green Summit Development Sdn Bhd (GSDEVP) is honour to receive the 2019 SHEDA CSR Leadership Awards from the hand of the Honorable Yang Amat Berhormat Datuk Patinggi Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari Tun Abang Haji Openg, Chief Minister of Sarawak during the SHEDA Annual Dinner on 13th January 2020 at Kuching. GSDEVP has been active in carry out its corporate social responsibility work over the years. In 2019, it initiated the Love In Action Project to help the orphans of Lembaga Kebajikan Anak-Anak Yatim Sarawak (Peryatim) that is well-received by the public and the good work gains recognition from SHEDA for taking lead in the CSR works.
2018 SHEDA 25th Silver Jubilee Celebration: Top 25 Prominent Developers In Sarawak
Green Summit Development Sdn Bhd is being awarded the Top 25 Prominent Developer In Sarawak by Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developer Association (SHEDA) in the 2018 SHEDA 25th Silver Jubilee Celebration on 18th January 2019 at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching. The Award recognises the property developers from Sarawak that performs outstanding over the years.

2016 The 14th Asia Pacific International Honesty Enterprise Keris Award: Honesty Entrepreneur & Honesty Enterprise
Green Summit Development Group of Companies hits a double in the 14th Asia Pacific International Honesty Enterprise Keris Award as the company receives the recognition of Honesty Enterprise Award and the group’s CEO, Mr James Hii is being awarded the Honesty Entrepreneur Award on 17th April 2016 in Kuala Lumpur. The Award honours enterprises and entrepreneurs with the objective to building up an “Asia Pacific Honesty Enterprise Community” thus promoting the reformation, renovation and computerization of pioneering enterprise so as encouraging the development and progress of other enterprise while enhancing and promoting collaboration, information exchange and cooperation among enterprises within the Asia Pacific region.
